Way back when, as a Social science graduate, I got into a post-graduate Diploma course in Alcohol and Drug Studies (transferring from IT Business Project Management, which I wasn’t into at the time, although I now recognise its use) eventually, after a longish hiatus, achieving a Master’s in Alcohol and Drug Studies (2016) for conceiving, implementing and writing-up my findings and conclusions from a field research project exploring how widely a small cohort of clients attending a street-level drug addiction rehabilitation agency revealed that they were on prescription methadone.
